DIY Kits

Truseal UK is proud to be able to offer it’s Truseal Rubber Roofing system to the general public. We can provide you with everything that is required for you complete your own flat roofing installation.

A Truseal rubber roof is fairly straight forward to install for someone with little or no roofing/DIY experience.

Remember the raw ingredients of the rubber roof mainly consist of a single sheet of EPDM rubber and some adhesives...

When you call Truseal for a DIY kit quote, there is some basic information that we need from you to help us serve you best and give you exactly what you need for the job.

What do we need before we call?

  1. The roof dimensions. Take a measuring tape and measure the length and the width of the roof. Remember your safety! It is not necessary to have to take measurements whilst on the roof. Measurements can be taken safely from the ground.
  2. Note any roof details. If you know of any details on the roof i.e. Pipes, skylights, parapet walls etc it is important to let us know, as we have a range of accessories to help you seal them correctly.
  3. What roof covering is on the roof at the moment? Take a note of what is on the roof at the moment. You don’t have to be a roofing expert, if you don’t know what it is just take a description of it i.e. it looks light green with little stones stuck to it... it is probably a felt roof...

Once we have some of this basic information we can give you an accurate quotation for your materials and advise you how best to install your roof as safely and a easily as possible.

Truseal offer some of the best customer service in the business. We can provide written instruction, visual aids and best of all one to one simple help with a roofer over the telephone. We are here to help you every step of the way with you install, so if during your install you get ‘stuck’ please feel free to give us a call and you can speak to an actual roofer with experience.

All of our quotations are tailored to suit each individual roof, so we do not list prices on the net.
